Innovation in Disability Employment Team Award for R&C

In last months newsletter, we mentioned that our Recycling and Collections Facility had been nominated as a finalist for the NESA award for Innovation in Disability Employment Team.  We were successful in winning this award and the team is still beaming with excitement!  This prestigious award was presented to Chief Executive Tanya O'Shea during the Gala Awards Dinner, held on the 22nd August.

Receiving this award just goes to show the dedication that the R&C team put in on a daily basis and also strive to create a supportive workplace, which has resulted in extremely high employee satisfaction and engagement that motivates staff to deliver excellence in service and high productivity.

Well done, team!

Cane2Coral 2017 Participants

2017's Cane2Coral saw eight IMPACT staff members and their families take to the streets and complete the brand new course over both the 4km and 10km run.

Chief Executive Tanya O'Shea and Board Chair Member, David Batt took on the 10km track, while all other staff members and their families completed the 4km course.  It was a great day for all involved and there were definitely some sore legs over the next few days!
